An off-schedule CRB meeting is held to look at the raw data collected from the forums.

After a deep conversation about next steps and how best to engage the City of Duluth in planning a forum, the meeting attendees began drafting a letter. It was the group’s goal to have a finalized letter distributed in a few days.

While city staff explained that the data from the forums would be shared with city councilors, no information was given about how the information would be collected for analysis or how it would inform decision making.

Carl Crawford reaches out to a select group of community representatives requesting they attend a meeting about the public forums.

Carl contacted the representatives on the morning of October 8th to invite them to a meeting about the forums at 3:00pm that same day. The group invited excluded many of the involved community members/leaders actively working on the issue.
